I set up and tidy your Google Business Profile so nearby customers find you on Google and Google Maps. Then I keep it fresh, help you collect reviews and send you a short report each month.
Website care
Hosting, security, backups and updates, handled. If something breaks, I fix it. Need a price or photo changed? Just send it to me.
AI helpers, with you in charge
A website chat that answers common questions, online booking, phone answering when you can't pick up, and invoice drafts. We start slowly, with a one-week trial.
My AI helper rules, in writing
- No invoice goes out without your approval.
- Every schedule change is confirmed.
- The AI never takes card numbers. Customers pay through a secure link.
- No refunds, discounts or prices you haven't approved.
- It says it's an AI, and callers can always ask for a person.
- Everything is logged, and you get a weekly summary.
- Say "pause the helper" and it's off within one business hour.
- If it makes a mistake, I fix it within one business day at no charge.

- A one-page plan and one clear price. You'll know the full cost before any work begins.
- I build it. Usually about 2 to 4 weeks.
- You review it and give your okay. Nothing goes live until you say yes.
- Launch. I check it on phones and computers, then walk you through it.
- Ongoing care. I keep it running and send a plain-English report each month.

For a business that has a website that needs fixing and looking after.
Monthly plan: 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
- Fixes for up to 8 pages: speed, phone display, security and broken links
- Google profile cleaned up and verified
- Basic Google search setup
- Done in about 1 week
- Monthly adds: hosting, security, daily backups, 30 minutes of changes a month and a monthly "your site is healthy" note

Get Found
For a business with no website yet.
Monthly plan: 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
- A new 3-page website with a tap-to-call button, map, hours and contact form
- I write the words from a 30-minute interview
- Full Google Business Profile setup
- A 45-minute walkthrough at launch
- Done in about 2 weeks
- Monthly adds: website care, 2 Google posts a month, a review link and QR card, a monthly summary, an AI question-answering chat and a quarterly check-in call

Open for Business
For a business that wants more customers from Google, plus online booking.
Monthly plan: 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
- A new website of up to 6 pages, with a page for each service
- Google profile plus 10 online directories
- Local Google search work for 5 keywords
- Online booking and an AI question-answering chat
- Two 45-minute training sessions
- Done in about 3 to 4 weeks
- Monthly adds: care with 1 hour of changes, SEO Basic included, an AI booking helper, support within 1 business day and a monthly 15-minute call
With the pay-once option, you pay the chat tool directly (about $40/mo).
Plan 4
Front Desk
For a business that misses calls or juggles appointments and invoices.
Monthly plan: 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
- A new website of up to 10 pages, including service and town pages
- Google profile plus 20 directories, search work for 10 keywords
- AI phone answering, AI booking and AI invoice drafts that you approve
- 3 training sessions and a printed "what it can and can't do" sheet
- About 4 to 6 weeks, including a 1-week supervised AI trial
- Monthly includes SEO Basic, all AI tool fees, up to about 150 calls a month, same-business-day support and a monthly 30-minute call
- Upgrade to SEO Plus: +$400/mo ($1,125/mo total)
With the pay-once option, you pay the AI tools directly (about $150 to $300/mo), or add AI Upkeep for $249/mo.
Showing up on Google: monthly SEO plans
SEO Basic
$350/mo
1 location and 5 keywords. Google profile posts and upkeep, review follow-up, 10 directory listings and a monthly report.
SEO Plus
$750/mo
10 keywords and everything in Basic, plus a new service or town page each month, 20 listings and a watch on your competitors.
SEO plans are 6-month plans. At month 3 you get a report card on 5 things: map ranking, Google profile views, calls, direction requests and reviews. If it isn't working, you get a written plan to fix it and month 4 at half price. If things still aren't improving by month 5, you can leave with no fee. I will never promise you a #1 ranking. Nobody honest can.
Extra help, if you want it
Concierge Care
+$175/mo
Added to any monthly plan (3-month minimum). A direct line to me with a same-business-day callback, up to 2 hours a month of phone, video or in-person help, a quarterly check-in (in person or by video call), and "just send it to me." Mail me your menu or flyer and I'll type it in.
White-Glove Onboarding
$450 one time
For pay-once clients. Up to three 1-hour sessions in your first 60 days, printed large-print guides, and help setting up your phone or computer.
The fine print, in plain English
- Pay-once projects include 30 days of fixes after launch.
- All monthly plans (Tune-Up & Care, Get Found, Open for Business and Front Desk) have a 3-month minimum, then go month to month. Cancel any time after that with 30 days' notice.
- One flat charge on the same day each month, by card or automatic bank payment.
- Your price is locked for 12 months. If it ever goes up after that, you get 60 days' notice.
- You own it all: your domain (registered in your name), your Google profile, your words, photos, logo, reviews, customer list and booking records.
- After 12 monthly payments, the website is yours to keep at no extra cost.
- Leaving before 12 payments? You can buy the site out: the pay-once price, minus the setup fee, minus half of the monthly fees you've already paid (never below $0). If you'd rather not, the site goes offline at the end of your paid month.
- AI helpers run on my tool accounts and switch off when you leave. You keep your questions and answers, logs and booking records, and your phone number goes back to you.
